Now let's move away from the Studio Series and visit a line released specifically for kids, the Rise of The Beast 2-In-1 Converting Mask. So far there are 2 releases, Bumblebee and Optimus Primal

The mask's packaging follows the ROTB Mainline theme, without a plastic cover on the front.

One thing that's quite obvious is that some of the panels have gap between them. This picture was taken last after I transform him back from robot mode. Need few tries to get them to tab properly
From the inside, it's a bit unsightly, but it's irrelevant as kids will be wearing it. However do note that there are quite a lot of parts that might affect comfortability when wearing it. More on that later.

Robot Mode
First, managing expectation. Don't expect a perfectly proportion robot mode. It's a kids toy, transforming to/from a mask. One thing, there's no specific way to hide the strap, Just tuck it in to his back.
Kibble and hollow? Check! But again, he transform into a mask. The kibble and hollowness are more towards practicality.
Paintjob wise, it's quite minimal, with most on his chest, which are hidden in mask mode. He comes with basic articulation in which the picture above showing most of them.
My daughter is 9 years old and I think it fits her just nice. The strap can be adjusted to certain extent so it can be wore by older kids as well.
Transformers mask is not something new. But making it transformable at least adds a new dimension to its playability.
